Quickstep Rapier

When you wield this weapon and a creature you can see targets you with an attack, you can use your reaction to move to an unoccupied space within 5 feet of your position without provoking opportunity attacks. If this movement would put you out of reach of the attacker, the attack is at disadvantage.

Finesse: When making an attack with a finesse weapon, you use your choice of your Strength or Dexterity modifier for the attack and damage rolls. You must use the same modifier for both rolls.
