For the next 24 hours, you can use your Intelligence or Wisdom modifier (your choice), in place of your Strength or Dexterity modifier, when making Strength (Athletics) and Dexterity (Acrobatics) checks. You also gain proficiency in those skills for the duration, if you don't already have it.
