Sea Sink Boots

These weighted boots are used by the Mariners' Guild to quickly descend into the Shallows and explore the shallow beds. While wearing the boots, all nonmagical speeds you possess are reduced to 10 feet, you descend into water at a rate of 100 feet per round, and you can walk across the ocean floor as if you weren't buoyant.
