Description
This magic weapon has 7 charges. While holding it, you can use a bonus action and expend 1 charge to conjure a thick patch of shrubs, grasses, aboveground roots, and even small saplings in a 10-foot radius. The area becomes difficult terrain, and the foliage is thick enough to provide cover against ranged attacks. The growth is permanent unless you speak the command word again. The weapon regains all expended charges after a short or long rest.
Finesse: When making an attack with a finesse weapon, you use your choice of your Strength or Dexterity modifier for the attack and damage rolls. You must use the same modifier for both rolls.
Light: A light weapon is small and easy to handle, making it ideal for use when fighting with two weapons.
Proficiency: martial, shortsword Source: Book of Ebon Tides p. 209 (Third Party), Player's Handbook (2014) p. 149
